Refund policy

Refunds

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product if it is delivered in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition.

- Refund requests Other than 1 week are not eligible for approval

- If the reason is verified and found genuine, the refund will be processed within 7 days of purchase for damaged or defective products.

Returns are NOT permitted if:

- The product is not returned in its original packaging.

- The product has been used.

- There is a mismatch between the quantity of perfume delivered and the quantity returned.

- The products are marked as non-returnable or non-refundable.

Shipping Charges

- If an order is canceled after it has been processed, shipping charges will not be refunded.

- If an order is returned by the customer without a valid reason, or if the return reason is not attributable to us, both the original shipping charges and the return pickup charges will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation requests are accepted only before the product delivery process is initiated.

- Cancellation is not permitted once delivery has started.

- Customers can lodge a cancellation request via email or telephone.

- We encourage telephone cancellations for faster action before the product is dispatched, as email requests may take longer to be noticed and cannot guarantee successful cancellation.

Cancellation Charges Policy

For payments made through Tabby or Tamara, a cancellation fee will be deducted from the order amount.

These charges are applied directly by the payment providers (Tabby – 2.5% and Tamara – 7%) for each transaction and are non-refundable to us as the merchant.

Even if an order is canceled, these fees are still charged to us by the payment providers, which results in a direct loss to our business.

To avoid unnecessary losses and to discourage fraudulent or non-serious orders, we are required to deduct the applicable cancellation charges from the refund amount.
