Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Al Hajis Perfumes, we are committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness, transparency, and clear business practices. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product only under the following conditions:
- The product is received in a damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory condition.
- The issue must be reported with clear photo or video evidence for verification purposes.
Refund Approval & Processing
- All refund requests are subject to inspection and verification.
- If the claim is approved as valid, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds are applicable only for eligible and verified cases.
Important Note
Refund requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Return Policy
Returns are strictly not accepted in the following cases:
- The product is not returned in its original packaging, seal, or condition.
- The product has been used, sprayed, or altered in any way.
- There is a difference in quantity between delivered and returned items.
- The product is marked as non-returnable or non-refundable at the time of purchase.
All returned items must be in original, unused, and resalable condition. Otherwise, the return will be rejected.
3. Shipping Charges Policy
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed or dispatched.
- If a return is initiated for reasons not attributable to the company, the following will not be refunded:
- Original shipping charges
- Return pickup charges (if applicable)
4. Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellation requests are accepted only before the order enters the shipping or delivery process.
- Once the order has been dispatched or is under delivery, cancellation is not permitted.
- Cancellation requests can be made via email or phone call.

5. Cancellation Charges (Tabby & Tamara Payments)
For orders placed using Tabby or Tamara instalment/payment services, the following applies:
A non-refundable processing fee will be deducted in case of cancellation:
- Card / Online Checkout: 2.5%
- Tabby: 2.5%
- Tamara: 7%
These charges are applied directly by the payment providers and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Important Notice
Even if an order is cancelled, these fees are still charged to us by the payment providers.
Therefore, to avoid losses and discourage non-serious or fraudulent orders, the applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
